Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare settings preferred, including disabilities and challenging behaviours.
• Full driver's license is essential.
• Ability to motivate and support goals, energetic and respectful of others' differences.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and household tasks.
• Support participation in activities like swimming and life skills development.
• Provide 24/7 coverage with potential sleepover payments on rosters.
