Job summary

Dorset Council is seeking a Cover Teacher to step into classrooms and deliver pre-prepared lessons when teachers are absent. This casual, hourly role offers flexibility for those gaining classroom experience or returning to teaching, with a supportive school and Trust environment.

You will motivate and manage students in a dynamic setting, supported by well-resourced departments and strong professional development. The role emphasises safeguarding and active student engagement.
