Leicester Marriott invites you to join our welcoming team in a casual, hourly role. Youll help deliver outstanding banquet service, coordinate tables and buffets, and ensure guest satisfaction. Hours are flexible with on‑site shifts, and training is provided to help you grow.

• Previous banquet serving experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee breaks and lunch buffets
• Organise tables, action stations and buffets for service
• Communicate any additional meal requirements or special requests to the kitchen
• Ensure courses are properly cleared and crumbed in a timely fashion
• Manage the presentation of tableware so that it is accessible for the guests
• Monitor cleanliness and proper sanitization of tables, stations and service areas
