Hilton London Wembley is seeking a Casual Conference and Banqueting Assistant to help deliver memorable events and guest experiences. You will set up spaces, assist with conferences and banquets, and provide attentive service throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Prepare event spaces: Set up meeting rooms, conference spaces, and banquet areas according to event requirements, ensuring all layouts and equipment are ready for guests.
• Support event delivery: Assist with the smooth running of conferences, meetings, banquets, and special events by providing attentive service and responding to guest needs.
• Serve refreshments: Deliver food and beverage service during events, ensuring guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service throughout.
• Maintain event standards: Monitor meeting and event spaces to ensure they remain clean, organised, and presented to the highest standard at all times.
• Promote a safe environment: Keep all conference and event areas hazard-free, following health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Work as part of a team: Collaborate with colleagues across the hotel to deliver exceptional events and create positive experiences for every guest.
