Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. is seeking a Casual Chef to join our award-winning brigade at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club. You will contribute to new culinary offerings and help develop chefs at all levels within a high-quality kitchen.

The role focuses on preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to top standards, supporting the section head, and maintaining smooth service through forward planning. A positive team player mindset and HACCP awareness are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• Committed to the highest standards of cuisine, presentation and food preparation.
• A good team player with initiative.
• Relevant experience in a high quality kitchen.
• A good understanding of HACCP procedures and implementation, preferable.
