A Casual Personal Assistant/ Care worker is required by the employer to provide compassionate and reliable personal care for a 40 year old male with Becker’s Muscular Dystrophy. This rewarding role includes assisting with personal care, daily tasks, and mobility using a hoist. Maintaining confidentiality and dignity at all times.

• Assisting the supported person with personal care including grooming.
• Safely use hoists and other mobility aids to assist with movement.
• Assisting with meal preparation (Lunch and dinner)
• Supporting the supported person with Physio and training schedule
• Provide holiday and emergency cover as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and dignity at all times.
• Assisting the Supported person to attend appointments
