• Care and Support Workers must demonstrate values such as ownership, improvement, empathy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent care and support services to tenants.
• Support tenants with personal care, shopping, cleaning, laundry, socialisation, medication management and meal preparation.
• Engage tenants in social activities and events and provide on‑site care 24 hours a day.
