Junior Adventures Group in Grantham seeks a Childcare Activity Leader to create engaging morning and after-school adventures for children aged 4–11. The role is a split shift, 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm, with a break in between, ideal for students, hobbyists, or those with family commitments.
You will lead activities, supervise safely, and help with snacks and sign-in/out while enjoying paid training, discounts, and a warm, energetic team environment.
Location: Trent Road, Grantham, South Kesteven, Lincolnshire, NG31 7XQ
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Pay: Up to £12.71
Contract: Casual Contract

This role is split shift, meaning you'll work mornings and afternoons, with a break in between (great for studying, hobbies, family, or even a nap!). You’ll also have the opportunity to increase your hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover.

Please note: This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Educationpolicy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references, one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable). We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
