Job summary

Tower Suites Concierge at Warwick Castle Resort is a seasonal, part-time role within the Accommodation Team. You will assist with smooth guest arrivals and departures, ensure clean rooms, and provide information to guests throughout their stay.

You will need to be enthusiastic, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and deliver excellent customer service, including handling guest requests and issues with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to put a smile on guest's faces.
• Ability to work on your own, and also part of a team.
• An eye for detail.
• Ability to deliver brilliant customer service, finding ways to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accommodation Team in ensuring the friendly and efficient arrival and departure of guests.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality at all times.
• Provide guests with information needed throughout their stay.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints or compliments and pass on relevant information to the Hotel Duty Manager.
