Job summary

Hargreaves Lansdown PLC is seeking a CASS Oversight professional to strengthen client asset protection and regulatory compliance. The role involves working with diverse stakeholders across the organisation and externally, with a focus on delivering oversight, governance, and risk mitigation for client assets.

You will advise on CASS risks, oversee incidents and remediation, and challenge changes to processes and controls within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client asset oversight, CASS compliance, risk, audit, compliance or governance roles within a regulated financial services environment.
• Good working knowledge of client asset regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
• Experience presenting risk/regulatory/governance reporting to senior management and governance forums.
• Experience interacting with regulators, auditors and assurance providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client asset oversight activities including thematic reviews, monitoring and assessments.
• Provide expert advice on client asset matters and manage CASS risks across operations and change initiatives.
• Oversee incident, breach and near-miss remediation ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review changes to client asset processes, systems and controls during transformations.
• Manage governance activities including risk assessments, MI, reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Promote a culture of client asset protection through stakeholder engagement and guidance.
