Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a CASS management role in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator.
• Solid knowledge of CASS 6-10 and client asset protection requirements.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute testing frameworks to ensure FCA CASS compliance.
• Interpret and implement CASS regulations; identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain robust, scalable systems, processes, and controls while enabling innovation.
• Maintain and update the CASS Resolution Pack.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external CASS audits and regulatory assessments.
• Monitor changes to CASS rules and assess their impact on processes and controls.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CASS 6-8 requirements.
