Country Supplier LLC in Ely, United Kingdom, is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to maintain store standards, assist customers, operate the point of sale, manage stock, and support merchandising and loss prevention in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have clear written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Constant radio communication with all associates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the products Coastal Farm sells.
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning - such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Description

Primary Purpose
