Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Reed Talent Solutions

A global investment bank is currently recruiting for a permanent Cash, Receivable and Supply Chain Finance Analyst within International Trade Banking.

The role will be based in Liverpool Street and will include hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).

Reporting to the Head of Financing and Client Services, you will provide middle office support for activities conducted by International Trade Banking (ITB) – including supply chain finance, forfaiting, and cash management/client services.

You will also be the first point of contact for supply chain finance, forfaiting, and cash management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for Transaction Banking Clients (both Corporate and Financial Institutions) regarding their cash management, supply chain, and forfaiting activities, including daily operations and reporting.
• Maintain high levels of interaction and communication with the Front Office to stay informed about business developments, including pipeline activity.

Receivable and Supply Chain Finance

• Manage relationships with borrowers and agents on RSF transactions.
• Review and comment on draft documentation for new transactions to ensure operational fit with middle office requirements, highlighting areas for discussion with the Front Office.
• Ensure necessary Credit approvals are obtained and all checks are performed before opening new credit lines or accounts.
• Prepare Transmission Sheets for back office and Risk when applicable.
• Obtain relevant documentation, create transactions in bank systems, and ensure proper documentation is stored securely with Legal.
• Liaise with Risk and BSG for daily deal handling.
• Manage drawdowns and repayments, coordinating with Back Office.
• Book and maintain transactions in Middle-Office Systems as required.
• Monitor all actions on the portfolio using diary systems.
• Address ad hoc queries related to deals promptly and accurately.
• Keep procedures and control files updated for each supply chain and reverse forfaiting activity.

Cash Management & Client Services

• Support Front Office teams to deliver timely and quality service on cash management activities, including account opening, amendments, and closures.
• Handle cash management activities such as deposit accounts, cross-border payments, and e-banking services.
• Process client requests related to accounts efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate

• Has in-depth experience supporting Front Office with middle/back office functions.
• Possesses knowledge of Cash Management activities or Supply Chain Finance; experience in loan administration within a PF space is a plus.
• Understands Transaction Banking operations.
• Has experience reviewing Loan Agreements and related documentation operationally.
• Has managed bank accounts, including cash management and collateral accounts.
• Possesses relevant knowledge in Cash Management or Supply Chain Finance.
