Job summary

Vaultex UK Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Cash Handler to accurately count, verify and process cash transactions at our site. You will handle, balance and prepare cash for daily operations, adhering to deadlines and security procedures.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting cash bags, and working a 35-hour week, with benefits including a pension and enhanced employee wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting and moving cash bags.
• Good numeracy and keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming and outgoing cash assignments.
• Identify cash discrepancies and report them.
• Process/prepare ATM cassettes as required.
• Amalgamate cash counted to complete daily balance.
• Wrap, strap, pack and weigh cash by denomination.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as needed by leadership.
