SEPHORA UK is seeking a Cash Manager to lead cash operations and empower a high-performing team in our Manchester store from day one. You’ll uphold accuracy, compliance and exceptional customer service while elevating operational standards.

You’ll coach Beauty Advisors, manage tills and reconciliation, and drive loss-prevention measures in a fast-paced retail environment, contributing to an outstanding client journey.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership in retail with cash handling and financial processes.
• Excellent customer service and coaching abilities.
• Experience handling Employee Relations (ER) processes and investigations.
• Comfort with technology supporting store operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

• Lead, coach and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold SEPHORA standards.
• Provide ongoing training to elevate cash handling, accuracy, service confidence and product knowledge.
• Set goals and create development plans to support performance growth.
• Manage Employee Relations matters professionally, including attendance and performance concerns.
• Oversee all cash operations: tills, reconciliations, deposits, and daily audits.
• Analyze cash KPIs and drive improvements in operational performance.
• Implement loss-prevention processes and ensure adherence to policies.
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce process improvements to reduce risk.
• Troubleshoot IT and payment issues to keep day-to-day operations smooth.
• Maintain store standards in cleanliness, organization and visual presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and prompt replenishment of Minis & More.
• Assist with new store openings: unboxing and stock prep where applicable.

What you’ll be doing…

• Leading, coaching and inspiring Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service, uphold SEPHORA operational standards and work collaboratively as one team.
• Providing ongoing training to elevate cash handling capability, operational accuracy, service confidence and product knowledge.
• Conducting performance check‑ins, setting clear goals and creating personalised development plans to support continuous growth.
• Managing Employee Relations matters professionally, including attendance, performance concerns and follow‑up actions.
• Overseeing all cash operations including tills, reconciliations, safe management, deposits and daily audits ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
• Analysing cash‑related KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving action plans that elevate operational performance.
• Implementing loss‑prevention processes and ensuring adherence to SEPHORA policies to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
• Identifying operational inefficiencies and introducing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce risk.
• Troubleshooting IT and payment‑related issues and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.
• Upholding store standards across cleanliness, organisation and visual presentation to support an elevated customer experience.
• Monitoring stock levels (especially Minis & More) and ensuring prompt replenishment.
• Assist with new store opening activities such as unboxing, organising and preparing stock (where applicable).
