Job summary

Co-op Digital is seeking a Finance Reporting Specialist in Manchester to join the Stock Profit team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves producing weekly cash flow forecasts, detailed analysis, and commentary to support liquidity management and financial controls.

Hybrid working between home and two days per week in the office. You will collaborate with Payments and Credit Control, provide insights on cash forecasts, and help identify risks and opportunities within reconciliations

Qualifications

Experience working in a cash reconciliations environment.
Experience analysing financial data.
A good understanding of our S2P and S2C processes.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Payments and Credit Control to create weekly S2P and S2C cash forecasting reporting.
Provide analysis and commentary on cash forecasts.
Help spot risks and opportunities affecting accounts payable/receivable.
Reconcile monthly utility accruals files for Financial Control.
Identify and resolve queries regarding accrual reconciliations.
