Co-op is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the Central Costs Finance team in Manchester on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role blends hybrid working between home and office, with responsibilities spanning consolidation of budgets, forecasts, long-range plans and executive reporting.

• Experience with budgets, forecasts and financial statements

• Confidently communicates insights to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consolidation of budgets, forecasts and long-range plans
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting
• Deliver variance analyses with key drivers and risks
• Build and maintain financial models including scenarios
• Translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
• Prepare materials for Executive and Board reviews
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and decision-making
