Job summary

Field is seeking a hands-on Cash & Banking Manager in London to own payments, banking operations, and cash journals across multiple entities and currencies. You’ll automate processes in NetSuite, support treasury activities, and collaborate with banking partners to ensure liquidity and efficient cash management.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash management, ideally multi-entity or multi-currency.
• Strong bank reconciliation and payments experience.
• Experience processing intercompany transfers.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems - NetSuite experience is essential.
• Confident communicator, able to support external stakeholder processes such as lender and adviser documentation.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines (e.g. weekly payment runs).
• 3 years experience in accounts payable/banking administration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the weekly supplier payment run and submit payments in the banking platform.
• Handle ad hoc / off-cycle payment runs (UPRs).
• Process intercompany transfers (I/C TFRs) across group entities.
• Prepare payment proofs and post related journals.
• Act as main contact for banking transactions and administration.
• Prepare and post monthly payroll journals.
• Prepare bank reconciliation journals across multiple entities.
• Support treasury with cashflow forecasting data.
