£25,235 per year (from April 1st)

The Role

As a Casework Coordinator, you'll manage referrals, assess needs, and support clients to maintain their accommodation and make positive life changes. Working across supported housing in Bath, you'll engage with a complex client group, navigating challenges with resilience and empathy. You'll also build strong partnerships with agencies like the National Probation Service, Police, and support services to ensure seamless, multi-agency collaboration.

Responsibilities Include
  • Progress and track referrals made into the service and outcomes for service users moving on.
  • Complete needs and risk assessments for clients leading to the delivery of key elements of support plans which meet individual client needs and reduce re-offending.
  • Ensure new clients moving into the service understand their rights and responsibilities, and the conditions of their license agreement.
  • Ensure clients are provided with a high-quality person-centred service which takes a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.

Since job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the post holder may be required to undertake other duties, which are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
  • Understanding of the causes of offending, homelessness and social exclusion, and the approaches which seek to address these.
