Job summary

Seetec Communities and Education Division in the UK seeks an Accommodation Support Officer to support participants with housing needs. You will manage a caseload, perform initial assessments, and develop tailored accommodation plans in partnership with probation practitioners.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to work across custody and community settings. On-site training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.
