Role: Case Manager in Bridging Finance

Location: Borehamwood

We are pleased to be working with a reputable lender, offering an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking to advance within the Bridging Finance industry.

The main responsibility is to manage post-case activities, from funding to redemption, ensuring completion according to the original terms by implementing appropriate account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
• Manage relationships with clients and brokers via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when necessary.
• Maintain regular contact with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
• Address breaches or non-compliance issues, chase clients for payments or compliance.
• Prepare redemption statements.
• Handle requests for further advances or extensions.
• Build relationships with key partners and investors.
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
• Ability to review and challenge documentation.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the conveyancing process.
