Role: Case Manager in Bridging Finance

Location: Borehamwood

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to advance in the Bridging Finance industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing post-case processes from funding to redemption, ensuring compliance with original terms.
• Monitoring milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
• Communicating daily with clients and brokers via phone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Appointing administrators or receivers when appropriate.
• Maintaining relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
• Handling breaches or non-compliance issues, including chasing clients for payments or compliance.
• Preparing redemption statements.
• Managing further advances or extensions as needed.
• Building relationships with key partners and investors.
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
• Reviewing and challenging documentation.
• Working effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
