Case Manager - Bridging Finance

Location: Borehamwood

We are pleased to be working with a fantastic lender, offering an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress within the Bridging finance industry.

The role involves managing post cases from funding to redemption, ensuring completion within the original terms by implementing appropriate account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term
• Manage relationships with clients and brokers via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate
• Maintain regular contact with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators
• Address breaches or non-compliance with loan terms and pursue clients for payment or compliance
• Prepare redemption statements
• Handle requests for further advances or extensions
• Build relationships with key partners and investors
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans
• Ability to review and challenge documentation
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of the conveyancing process
• Background in financial services
