Job Description:

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to advance in the Bridging Finance industry.

The role involves managing post-completion cases from funding to redemption, ensuring adherence to original terms, and implementing account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
• Manage relationships with clients and brokers via telephone and email, gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when necessary.
• Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues and follow up on payments or compliance.
• Prepare redemption statements and manage loan extensions or further advances.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors.
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
• Review and challenge documentation effectively.
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the conveyancing process.
• Background in financial services and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong numeracy skills and awareness of GDPR and legislative requirements.
