Job Description:

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for an individual eager to advance in the Bridging finance industry. The role involves managing post-settlement cases from funding to redemption, ensuring compliance with original terms, and implementing account management and redemption strategies.

  • Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions
  • Manage relationships with clients, brokers, solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators
  • Address breaches or non-compliance issues, chase payments, and manage extensions or further advances
  • Prepare redemption statements and handle related documentation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors
  • Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans
  • Review and challenge documentation effectively
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Understanding of the conveyancing process and GDPR legislation
  • Financial services background and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong numeracy skills and ability to communicate at all levels
