Role: Case Manager in Bridging Finance

Location: Borehamwood

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to advance in the Bridging Finance industry.

The role involves managing post-case activities from funding to redemption, ensuring compliance with original terms, and implementing account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions
• Manage relationships with clients, brokers, solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators via phone and email
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when necessary
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues and pursue payments or compliance
• Prepare redemption statements and manage loan extensions or further advances
• Develop relationships with key partners and investors
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans
• Review and challenge documentation effectively
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Understanding of the conveyancing process and legislative requirements, including GDPR
• Proficiency in Excel and numeracy skills
