Case Manager - Bridging Finance

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage post cases from funding to redemption, ensuring completion with original terms by implementing account management and redemption strategies.
• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
• Manage clients and brokers via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose remediation plans.
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues and chase clients for payments or compliance.
• Prepare redemption statements and manage further advances or extensions.
• Build relationships with key partners and investors.
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
• Review and challenge documentation effectively.
• Work well in a team and independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process.
• Background in financial services.
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets.
