Role: Case Manager in Bridging Finance

Location: Borehamwood

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to grow within the Bridging Finance industry.

The main responsibilities include managing post-completion cases from funding to redemption, ensuring adherence to original terms, and implementing account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term
• Manage relationships with clients, brokers, solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators via telephone and email
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when necessary
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues and pursue payments or compliance
• Prepare redemption statements and manage requests for further advances or extensions
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans
• Review and challenge documentation effectively
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Understanding of the conveyancing process
• Background in financial services
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
• Numeracy skills and awareness of GDPR and legislative requirements
