Role: Case Manager in Bridging Finance

Location: Borehamwood

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to progress within the Bridging Finance industry.

The primary responsibility is to manage post-approval cases, from funding to redemption, ensuring compliance with original terms by implementing appropriate account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
• Manage relationships with clients and brokers via telephone and email to gather information, address issues, and propose solutions.
• Appoint administrators or receivers when necessary.
• Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues and pursue clients for payments or compliance.
• Prepare redemption statements.
• Manage requests for further advances or extensions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors.
• Have knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
• Review and challenge documentation effectively.
• Work well within a team and independently.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understand the conveyancing process.
• Background in financial services.
