Job Description:

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance in the Bridging Finance industry.

The role involves managing post-loan cases from funding to redemption, ensuring compliance with original terms, and implementing account management and redemption strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
• Manage relationships with clients, brokers, solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators via telephone and email.
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate.
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues, chase clients for payments or compliance.
• Prepare redemption statements and manage further advances or extensions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors.
• Review and challenge documentation related to Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Understand the conveyancing process and have a background in financial services.
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets effectively, possess numeracy skills, and be aware of GDPR and legislative requirements.
