Job Details:

• Manage post cases from funding to redemption, ensuring completion within original terms.
• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
• Communicate daily with clients and brokers via phone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
• Address breaches or non-compliance issues and follow up on payments or compliance.
• Prepare redemption statements.
• Handle further advances or extensions as needed.
• Build relationships with key partners and investors.
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
• Review and challenge documentation effectively.
• Work well in a team and independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process.
• Background in financial services.
• Proficient with Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Numeracy skills.
• Understanding of GDPR and legislative requirements.
