The starting salary for this role will usually be at the bottom of the salary range and will be pro-rata if the working hours are less than full time.

The Safety Camera Unit aims to reduce collisions and casualties on Surrey roads. Would you like to help us make a difference and make the roads safer for all? Join our friendly team based near Guildford.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Case Administration team. As a Case Administrator, you will contribute to enforcing camera-detected offences as part of Surrey RoadSafe.
From day one, you will be part of a policing family making a real difference.
Reporting to the Admin Team Leaders, you will be a strong team player with excellent communication and administrative skills. You should have a proven ability to accurately input data and maintain police records that could be used as evidence in court. Your responsibilities will include processing speed, red light, and red X offences detected by safety cameras.
You will respond to public enquiries via writing or telephone, ensure statutory forms are dispatched on time, and compile statements and prosecution files accurately.
You should be able to work calmly and professionally to meet strict deadlines and be willing to undertake training to become proficient in departmental computer systems, printing, and mailing technology.
