Job summary

MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter for a temporary contract across social housing properties. The role involves carpentry repairs, multi-trade tasks, and delivering high customer service in both occupied and void properties.

Candidates should have the relevant carpentry qualification, asbestos awareness, DBS check, and a valid UK driving licence. A company van, fuel card, and PDA system are provided to support ongoing works.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing environments.
• Strong customer-service mindset with clear communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
• Verifiable carpentry qualification and driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance in social housing properties (occupied and void).
• Perform multi-trade tasks as needed.
• Deliver high customer service and maintain professional conduct in residents' homes.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Accurately update job information using the PDA system and meet deadlines.
