Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Permanent Carpentry Lecturer for an FE college serving Essex/Greater London. Deliver engaging Carpentry & Joinery lessons, both practical and theory, to learners on relevant programmes.

You will plan lessons, assess work, monitor progress and maintain records, ensuring a safe workshop and helping learners prepare for employment in the construction sector. Salary up to £52,000 per year; permanent position.

• Strong practical Carpentry & Joinery experience.
• Relevant industry qualification.
• Knowledge of workshop practices and Health & Safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in supporting and developing learners.
• Previous teaching, training or lecturing experience is desirable.

The Role

As a Carpentry Lecturer, you will:
