Boston Rose is recruiting for a Carpentry Lecturer on behalf of a Birmingham education provider. The role is a permanent full-time position delivering Carpentry & Joinery tutoring to level 2/3 learners at a training centre in Birmingham.

The post involves 37 hours per week, with a focus on practical carpentry delivery and some on-the-job DBS checks. A level 3 carpentry qualification or time-served apprenticeship is required, plus industry experience and some teaching/assessing experience.

• Experience in carpentry and joinery.
• Prior experience in education/teaching/assessing preferred.

About the role

We are currently working with an education provider in the Birmingham area who are looking for a Carpentry Lecturer to join their team.

The position is a permanent full-time role, comprising of 37 hours per week, and would consist of delivering Carpentry & Joinery tutoring to level 2/3 learners at a training centre in Birmingham.

Qualifications
