Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Carpenter Joiner to perform carpentry repairs and planned maintenance within its Trust properties. You will work in a team and on standalone tasks, delivering high-quality finishes with safety and compliance at the forefront.

The role requires experience in maintenance carpentry, ability to work to deadlines, and adapt to a busy NHS setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance carpentry and repairs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs and routine maintenance.
• Attend to glazing, locksmith, scaffolding tasks as required.
• Use carpentry equipment to install and refurbish throughout the Trust.
