Job summary

A Carpenter/Multi Trader role is available with ARC Group in the Wisbech area and surrounding Cambridgeshire locales. The position is full-time and permanent, offering a company van to support planned and responsive maintenance across social housing properties.

You will work in the Repairs & Voids Team, handling reactive maintenance, installations and multi-skilled tasks related to your core trade, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship on domestic properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and multi-trade maintenance within domestic properties.
• Ability to work safely in social housing environments and follow H&S procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within Wisbech and surrounding area.
