Location:Covering CR & BR postcodes |Depot:Rochester, Kent
Hours:39 hours per week |Salary:£36,000 + van, fuel card, and generous holidays

Hyde Housing is looking for a reliable and experiencedCarpenter Multi Traderto join our dedicated Property Maintenance team. You'll be responsible for delivering first-time-fix repairs across our residential properties, helping us maintain high standards and happy customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out quality carpentry work, with additional basic plumbing and tiling as needed

• Working independently in domestic environments across CR and BR postcode areas

• Attending Monday toolbox talks at our Rochester depot (7:00 am start)

• Maintaining a high standard of customer service with every visit

What you’ll need:

• Strong carpentry skills with basic plumbing and tiling ability

• Experience operating a first-time fix service

• Experience working in residential/domestic settings

• Your own tools – we’ll provide the van, uniform, and fuel card
