Qualifications

• Strong carpentry background with experience as Carpenter / Multi Trader.
• Carpentry qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs including doors, frames, skirting, architraves.
• Complete additional maintenance tasks (plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating) as skills allow.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs with first-time fix where possible.
• Work in occupied properties, treating residents and homes with care.
• Record work accurately and follow health and safety procedures.
