Job summary

Graham Rose in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi Trade to join its responsive repairs and maintenance team on a permanent basis. You will carry out reactive repairs across social housing properties and complete carpentry and multi-trade works to a high standard.

Qualifications

NVQ or equivalent qualification in Carpentry.
Proven multi-trade or property maintenance experience.
Full UK driving licence.
Social housing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Carry out a wide range of reactive repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties.
Complete carpentry and associated multi-trade works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Take ownership of jobs from start to finish, achieving first-time fixes wherever possible.
Work within agreed timescales, budgets and health and safety requirements.
Identify when additional trades or specialist support is required.
Accurately record completed works using electronic systems.
Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to deliver an effective repairs service.
Maintain professional and positive relationships with residents and clients.
