Job summary

Town & Country Housing is seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi to join our responsive repairs and maintenance team across Social Housing properties. You will carry out a wide range of reactive repairs, work at height, and take ownership of jobs from start to finish.

A NVQ in Carpentry is required, and a full UK driving licence is essential. Experience in social housing is desirable. We offer a company van, fuel card, generous leave, pension, life insurance, and extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Carpentry skills and safe working practices are essential.

• Record job information accurately using electronic systems and work within timescales and budgets.
