Job description

We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Northampton area to work for a well-established social housing contractor, on a 3 month contract. This position is working on the voids team within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

1. Carpentry - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
2. Maintenance plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
3. Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.
4. UPVC windows and doors

The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will:

1. Have a Full UK Driving License
2. Have their own tools
3. Be time served or have relevant qualifications
4. Have relevant industry experience

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade, you will receive:

1. Company van and fuel card included
2. Weekly payments
3. Long term work
4. Immediate start
