Job description

We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Northallerton area, working for a highly established company within social housing. This is initially a self-employed role, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade, you will be responsible for:

1. All aspects of Carpentry including hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
2. UPVC windows & doors
3. Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
4. Patch plastering
5. Patch tiling
6. Painting

The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will:

1. Have a UK Full Driving License
2. Have your own tools
3. Hold an NVQ level 2/3 in a relevant trade or equivalent
4. Be willing to do call outs

In return, the Carpenter/Multi Trade will receive:

1. Company Van & Fuel card
2. Long term work - potential for full time employed if desired!
3. 40 hours a week
4. Overtime available
