Duties of the Roofer:

• Carrying out necessary roofing works on domestic properties.
• General building duties.
• Liaising with customers, managers, supervisory staff, and a multi-trade workforce to ensure consistency of approach.
• Promoting additional services and other initiatives as appropriate within the team and to customers.
• Advising tenants on building-related matters and assisting them in the safe running of their home.
• Liaising with customer services staff on safeguarding issues.

Criteria of the Roofer:

• NVQ level 2 or equivalent roofing/roofer qualification.
• Full UK driving license.
