The Wates Group is seeking a Carpenter Multi Trader for its Brixton office, working on social housing contracts. The role includes repair and renewal works, maintaining high standards of workmanship, customer service, and effective communication while working alongside other trades.

The Vacancy
Wates have an opportunity fora CarpenterMulti Trader to join our Wates teamwithin our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be workingout of our Brixtonofficeon one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive maintenance to ourresidents.
Key Accountabilities will include:
You must have a full UK driving licence.
To be successful in the roleyou will be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task, work to tight deadlines, have high standard of workmanship, productivity levels and ability to provide excellent customer service at all times is essential.
