Job Title: Carpenter Multi

Location: South London

Hourly Rate: £20ph CIS

Contract Type: Temp to perm

Hours: 42.5 Hours per week (Mon to Fri)

Van & Fuel Card Provided

Day to Day duties of a Carpenter:

1. Carpentry: Skirting, hang doors, fitting kitchens
2. 1st/2nd fix carpentry
3. Doors
4. Locks
5. Reactive maintenance

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Carpenter:

1. Experience carry out repairs in domestic/ social housing/ council properties
2. City & Guilds or NVQ certificate in carpentry
3. Good customer service
