Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our maintenance team covering Stevenage, Watford and surrounding areas. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs, including floor laying and other trades, to deliver a first-class service to our properties.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle is provided for work. This permanent role offers a competitive salary (£34,359 - £42,759) with a company bonus scheme, van and tools,

• Carpentry experience including floor laying.
• Experience with maintenance, responsive repairs, void works.
