Clarion Housing is seeking an experienced Carpenter & Plumber for our property maintenance teams covering Guildford and Bracknell. You will deliver a first-class service, carrying out carpentry and plumbing tasks to high standards across our housing stock.

This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week, a salary of £34,359 - £42,759 plus van, tools, a company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and plumbing within property maintenance.
• Ability to complete trades to a high standard.
• Willing to work across Guildford and Bracknell sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class service to properties across Guildford and Bracknell.
• Carry out carpentry and plumbing tasks as required.
• Assist with other trades as needed and support the team.
