Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking up to four 2nd Fix Carpenters for residential development schemes in Notting Hill, London. You can work on your own or as part of a team on long-term temporary projects. The role pays £25 per hour on a PAYE Umbrella basis with weekly payroll.

You will perform 2nd Fix carpentry duties, including skirting, door fittings and architrave, plus kitchen installation with butt joints only, and perform snagging while maintaining industry health and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Residential carpentry experience preferred.
• Own tools required for site work.
• Able to work solo or in a team.

Responsibilities

• All 2nd Fix duties including installing skirting, doors, architrave.
• Installing kitchens - butt joints only.
• Carry out snagging and quality checks.
• Adhere to site health & safety standards.

We are currently looking for up to four 2nd Fix Carpenters for residential development schemes where you'll be working on new build apartments. You can work on your own or in a team

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• All 2nd Fix duties including installing skirting, doors fittings and architrave
• Installing kitchens - No router will be required (butt joints only)
• Any required snagging
• Conducting work according to industry health & safety standards for site

You will reuqire all your own hand and power tools

Requirements and experience levels

• Must be hard working and driven
• Valid ID/Passport
• Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots)
• CSCS Card (ideally blue)
• Own tools (hand and power)
