Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a 2nd Fix Carpenter for residential development schemes in Plymouth. You can work alone or in a team on new build apartments with a daily rate of £25 per hour.

You must have an in date CSCS card, own hand and power tools, and full PPE. This is a long-term temporary role with weekly payroll and on-site health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be hard working and driven.
• Valid ID/Passport
• Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots)
• CSCS Card (ideally blue)
• Own tools (hand and power)

Responsibilities

• All 2nd Fix duties including installing skirting, doors fittings and architrave
• Installing kitchens - butt joints only
• Any required snagging
• Conducting work according to industry health & safety standards for site

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• All 2nd Fix duties including installing skirting, doors fittings and architrave
• Installing kitchens - No router will be required (butt joints only)
• Any required snagging
• Conducting work according to industry health & safety standards for site

You will reuqire all your own hand and power tools
